GrowHow UK was founded in 2007 through a merger of Terra Industries and Kemira GrowHow’s operations in the UK.
The company produces ammonia, nitric acid and AN in both the Billingham and Ince plants. The Ince plant also produces compounds. The company is now owned by Terra Industries and Yara International with a 50 percent stake each.
